Social media data for AI

Social media data for AI is your account history, structured so a model can read it. MySoMeData is a read-only social media data API and MCP layer for AI. It connects social accounts to AI applications and software, providing structured historical performance data that can be analyzed, queried, and used to build products. You connect the accounts. Your AI asks questions against that data instead of generic social media advice.

How do I connect social media data to AI?

You connect the accounts once, then point your AI client at MCP or have your application call the API. The path is the same data either way.

  1. Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  2. MySoMeData, the read-only social media data layer.
  3. The API or the MCP layer.
  4. Claude, ChatGPT, an AI agent, or an application you build.

Why are raw social APIs a poor input for AI?

A raw platform response is built for that platform’s own developers. Field names differ, pages of results do not fit a context window, and ratios are often left for you to calculate. A model that has to do that arithmetic spends its context on parsing, not on the question you asked. Normalized social media data arrives already structured.

How does MySoMeData prepare data for AI?

  1. You connect each account with official, read-only OAuth.
  2. MySoMeData retrieves the history those platforms make available.
  3. That history is normalized into one structure across platforms.
  4. Useful metrics are calculated first: engagement, period change, format averages, and outliers.
  5. The same object is available through the API and through MCP, so a chat client and a product can read it.

What can AI answer from your data?

These answers use your actual social media data, not a generic model of “what works on social.” Item lists are stored samples, not every post in the account.

  • What changed in performance this month, versus the previous month?
  • Which posts are statistical outliers for their format?
  • Which formats have the stronger engagement rate, where that rate exists?
  • Where did TikTok views come from: For You, Search, or Following?
  • What should we test next, when the summary has enough history to say so?

Which clients can read it?

Claude can use remote MCP. A Custom GPT can be given read-only OAuth access. n8n and your own app call the API. Gemini and Cursor can use the same layer. MySoMeData is not an OpenAI or Anthropic product. You keep the AI account you already use.

Your AI already knows how to analyze. Give it your social data.

Connect Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, then ask from the AI you already use.
